We require a 24 hour cancellation or appointment adjustment notice on all treatments.

Appointments cancelled outside of our policy will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Thank you for considering other members and our team. Muah! We can’t wait to see you.
We require your credit card information to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged until after your appointment. You may still pay with a gift card or another method after your treatment. If you wish to do so, please let us know when you check out.
Yes. You can find reserved Il Bacio Customer Parking on the side of the building. If the parking spots happen to all be taken – as we do have busier days, there are parking spots on the road or in the nearby parking garages.
We love seeing new faces! If it’s your first time getting a facial, we recommend booking the Glow Up Facial. If your Aesthetic Therapist advises an alternative facial after your initial treatment, we can easily make the change for you.
Retinoids, chemical peels or other facial lasers for at least two weeks before your treatment. Botox or dermal fillers should also be avoided for at least two weeks before your treatment. Isotretinoin treatment or drugs in a similar class (i.e Accutane) should not have been taken within the last 12 months. Avoid skin recovering from a cosmetic procedure.
LED stands for “light-emitting diode” and is a form of low-level light therapy that penetrates the skin to target different concerns. The Thai Head Massage includes a scalp analysis, a head massage where we hit all the pressure points, an oil treatment and scalp steam, a neck, shoulder and arm massage, a shampoo and conditioner, and a blow dry.
Yes. We have the Thai Head Massage and the Moroccan Hammam that can be done together.
The hammam involves a steam bath followed by exfoliation with black soap and scrubbing with a kes glove. This process helps to deeply cleanse the skin, removing impurities, dead skin cells, and unclogging pores, which can help prevent acne and other skin conditions.
